Thirty days, unplayed and in season. If a frame is not the one, send it back and we will help you find the paddle that fits your game.

The policy

Return any unplayed item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Paddles must come back with the original grip and wrap intact and no deck wear on the face; match balls and supplements must be unopened and sealed. We cover the return label on any exchange, and on a return where something arrived wrong on our end.

How to start a return

  • Write to the desk at [email protected] with your order number.
  • Tell us whether you want a refund or an exchange, and for what.
  • We email a prepaid label within a day — print it and drop the parcel with any carrier.
  • Once it reaches the shop, your refund or replacement is on its way.

Exchanges

Grip size a touch off, or wishing you had gone navy over frost? Grip-size and colorway swaps are free within the 30-day window while stock lasts — see the size guide to dial it in before you swap.

Refund timing

Refunds post to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of the parcel arriving at the shop. Your bank may take a day or two more to show it. Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable.

Paddle guarantee & digital guides

Every paddle carries a one-season guarantee against manufacturing defects in the frame or face — cracks or delamination under normal play are covered, deck rash and string-bed wear are not. Digital guides are delivered instantly and are final sale, but if anything is wrong with your file, write to us and we will make it right.
