When will my order ship?
The shop ships Monday through Friday. Orders in before 1 pm ET usually leave the same day; paddles may take an extra half day while we fit your grip. Full rates and windows live on the shipping page.
Is shipping really free?
Free standard shipping applies to any order of $75 or more, all season. Under that it is a $6.50 flat rate, and expedited two-day service is $18.
How do I get an ebook after buying?

How do I choose a grip size?
Measure from the middle crease of your palm to the tip of your ring finger. Most members land at 4 1/4″. The full method and a weight chart are on the size guide.
Which paddle suits a first winter on the deck?
Start with a forgiving all-court frame in the midweight range — a large sweet spot flatters a new swing. Members ready to compete tend to move to a full-carbon tournament paddle by their second season.
Will a paddle hold up on a frozen deck?
Yes. Every frame is edge-guarded and cold-cured before it ships, and the grips are chosen to stay tacky in the cold from the first screen to the last.
Do you re-grip or service paddles?
We do. Bring it by the pro shop between matches and we will fit a fresh overgrip and check the edge guard so it plays like new.

What is your return policy?
Thirty days, unplayed and in season, for a full refund. Grip-size and colorway exchanges are free. The details are on the returns page.
Are the supplements tested?
Deck Warm and Clubhouse Collagen are made in a GMP-certified facility and lab-tested for purity, batch by batch. They ship in tamper-sealed tubs.
How should I store my kit in the off-season?
Keep paddles out of a hot car or freezing garage — a closet at room temperature is ideal — and store match balls sealed in their case so they hold their bounce for next winter.
